Who is responsible?

Luvio, the sole proprietorship of Luka Verlaan, Aatstraat 67A, 9600 Ronse, Belgium, company number BE 1044.217.272. Questions about your data can be sent to luka@luvio.be.

What data do I process?

When you fill in the contact form or email me, I process the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number (if you enter it), the package you chose and your message.

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers.

Why, and on what basis?

I use your data only to answer your question, prepare a quote and, if we work together, to carry out and invoice your project. This is based on steps you request before entering into a contract, the contract itself and my legal obligations (such as bookkeeping). Your data is never sold or used for newsletters without your consent.

Who has access to your data?

• Cloudflare hosts this website and processes the contact form and the sending of the email.
• Zoho runs my mailbox, in data centres in the European Union.

Cloudflare is a US company. Data transferred outside the European Economic Area is protected by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

How long do I keep it?

Messages that don’t lead to a collaboration are deleted no later than two years after our last contact. If you become a client, I keep the data needed for bookkeeping for as long as the law requires.

For security and to keep the site running, Cloudflare keeps technical data, such as your IP address, for a limited time.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. Just email luka@luvio.be. I will reply within one month.

If you are not satisfied with how your data is handled, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, www.dataprotectionauthority.be.
